Security architecture innovation
Innovatively proposes a C2C double-link security architecture, which revolves around the DNA electric and thermal double strands of the energy storage system, from cell, to pack, to system, and then to consumption, reconstructing the C2C security design to achieve comprehensive security from products to system applications, leading the way in industrial and commercial energy storage A new benchmark in safety.
The first is electrical link safety: multi-level prevention and isolation are carried out to reduce the occurrence of electrical risks through double strict inspection of battery cells, package-level six-sided strong insulation, five-level system overcurrent protection, and 24-hour real-time online detection.
The second is thermal link safety: through cell-level thermal suppression, battery pack-level gas control, system-level compartment design, application-level top explosion venting, and step-by-step reduction and suppression, the impact of thermal runaway is minimized.
Thermal management architecture innovation
Innovatively launched the air-liquid smart cooling system, which has three working modes: active liquid cooling, natural air cooling, and waste heat utilization. Through the smart cooling router, the working mode is automatically adjusted according to the ambient temperature and battery conditions, achieving "heart rate-like" adaptive adjustment control. Compared with traditional solutions in the industry, multi-mode smart cooling operation reduces auxiliary power consumption by up to 30%. In addition, the wind-liquid smart cooling architecture can also increase the performance life of the energy storage system with two charges and two discharges to 15 years.
Power supply architecture innovation
The innovation adopts a new "power actuarial" power supply architecture to achieve more discharge and better power supply. In terms of hardware, "fine" energy control is adopted on the DC and AC sides, and in terms of software, a more intelligent "algorithm" is adopted.
One is refined management. After one package is optimized and upgraded to version 2.0, the system's maximum RTE efficiency can reach more than 91%, increasing the available capacity in the life cycle. Unique split-phase control PCS design supports 100% three-phase unbalanced output without transformer.
The second is the intelligent optimization algorithm. By introducing a grid-connection algorithm, it can support up to 1.3 times overload, effectively reducing initial investment. The intelligent harmonic algorithm with intelligent detection and adaptive compensation effectively suppresses harmonics and meets the industry's highest Class B level. The maximum number of parallel machines can reach 50 units, supporting medium and large industrial and commercial scenarios above 10MWh.
In addition to the above three major architectural innovations, Nowtech also integrates the One for All flexible application innovation concept into the hardware design and software platform.
On the one hand, through the integrated and compact design, a side-by-side and back-to-back three-sided cabinet combination solution can be realized. The back-to-back spacing is greatly reduced to 0.3 meters. It can also eliminate the need for auxiliary lines and trench digging, which greatly saves installation costs. On the other hand, through a one-stop intelligent platform, the integrated management of horizontal light, storage, and charging is realized, providing a one-stop service for the planning, construction, operation, and maintenance stages of the project. While greatly increasing project revenue, it also achieves efficient and streamlined operation and maintenance.
